GP14 Racing Sails

Our GP14 racing sails are produced from hard finished stabilized sailcloth from Dimension Polyant and Contender.

The design involves understanding the relationship between luff curve and seam broadseaming to create the correct chord depth that will ensure a fast sail is produced throughout the wind range. It is essential to have the right compromise between pointing and power.
The genoa has a modified clew height depending whether it is for conventional or underdeck sheeting. The mainsails are cut to suit Selden or Superspar masts.
Each set of sails comes complete with tapered battens, tell-tales, genoa window, numbers and sailbag.

GP14 Cruising Sails

Our cruising sails have a similar cut but are made from a softer finish fabric producing a more durable and easier handling sail. There is an option for a smaller Midi Genoa or a jib. They likewise come complete with battens, genoa window, numbers and sailbag.
