Feefo Independant Feedback

Here at TridentUK we have signed upto Feefo, they are an independant feedback system.

It has proved really helpful for Trident as we get to here responses and comments that otherwise may not have been mentioned to ourselves. We hope that our customers also find the reviews useful and informative.

How Do I Leave A Review? - Feefo send out feedback requests between 1 and 4 weeks after we dispatch orders. Reviews are only sent for completed internet orders. You wont receive feedback requests if you have unsubscribed from Feefo or our own email list. At the moment we are unable to request feedback for telephone orders.
