Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Shipping And Handling
The cost of carriage will me met by the purchaser. Trident-UK will endeavour to dispatch goods on time, no consequential loss can be accepted where goods are delayed or not delivered. Where carriage is under charged we reserve the right to charge the customer the cost of delivery, who will be informed and given the option to cancel. You will be charge for Postage and Packing in the Checkout. If we don't charge you for shipping (or subsidies it) and you return the goods, you will become liable for the cost of the carriage (unless the goods are returned faulty) For deliveries we use the following methods: Royal Mail - First Class and Airmail We us this method for orders upto £90 in the UK (£60 for overseas orders). Orders which are heavier or contain flammable or hazardous materials will be surcharged. Please see the checkout. The order will go through the door without a signature required, if it wont fit the postman may leave it or will leave a note to say he has attempted delivery. Please note We are unable to give the postman special instructions. Courier Deliveries - City Link, Parcel Force, Royal Mail Special Delivery and International Signed For This method can be used for all orders. And is required when an order is unsuitable for delivery by First Class Post and Airmail. A signature will be required unless you ask for the parcel to be left without. Please note that the item won't be insured if it is stolen after it has being left. We can give special instructions to the courier. (In most cases)
* In certain circumstances we may have to charge more than what is charged in the checkout, if this is the case we will advise you of the new charge, giving you the option to cancel if you wish. ** You will see a shipping charge of £0.01, this means we are unable to calculate the cost of shipping online and will advise you of the shipping costs when we download your order giving you the option to continue or cancel. *** These deliveries will normally be made by Royal Special Delivery and will require a signature in all circumstances and we are unable to give special instructions. If your delivery weighs more than 2Kg we will call you to advise you of the actual shipping cost, please note always will try to keep these to a minimum. |
