Here at Trident we can manufacture you a custom made drysuit with the features you require, this is possible because we manufacture all our drysuits at our factory in Gateshead.

When you order one of these suits we will put through a new suit with the optional extras fitted. Please allow 3 days for manufacture, if however you need your suit quicker it may be possible to provide same day dispatch for orders place by 11am but please call to confirm.

Trident's popular TR40 was designed and tested by Team Trident for 12 months with great results before being put into production.

The Zip - Master Seal 10 nylon zip which is a very flexible zip that can be relied upon, while having low maintenance requirements.

    Please Note - Suits that are custom made, don't fit in with the standard returns policy. If your order a custom made suit it is not possible to return it for a refund, if you would like to check sizing we suggest that you order a standard suit, and then return it un used for a suit with the optional extra's you desire.

    Fabric6oz NylonThe TR40 uses a nylon based fabric with a specially developed breathable hydophilic coating for drysuit use.
    BreathableYesThanks to the Hydrophilic coating, which absorbs moisture from the high humidity zone around the body and then drives it outwards by body heat.

    Wrist SealNeopreneWe consider the neoprene wrist seal to be the best option, giving a good seal with thermal properties, which helps to keep your hands warm.
    Foot Seal3D Latex SockMost drysuits use these on the feet, it keeps your feet dry and warm, but you need to wear a protective boot over the top.
    Elasticated Waist BandYesHelp to give the suit a better, more comfortable fit.
    Articulated KneesYesThere is more material in the knees of the suit, this allows for the legs to bend without restriction. Important given that you are likely to spend a large amount of time with your legs bent.
    Sock CoversYesCovers around the ankle help to protect the top of the latex sock
    GuaranteeUpto 3 yearsTrident Drysuits are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for three years from the date of purchase and materials for one year from the date of purchase.

    With a new Trident Drysuit there are number optional extra's, you may choose these to make a suit more suitable for your sport or application or to improve comfort.

    All Latex Seals
    Although for most customers we recommend the standard seals, we are happy to supply all Latex Seals to a suit, which in certain circumstances will make the drysuit drier.     		Price: £5
    All Neoprene Seals
    As above for most of our customers we would recommend the standard seals for most of our customers, we are happy to supply all Neoprene Seals with a drysuit, this would provide more warmth to the neck and might be more comfortable.    		Price: £5
    Drysuit FlyzipFly Zip / Convenience Zip
    Particularly useful with a rear zip drysuit, a flyzip will allow you to relieve yourself without having to take the top have of the suit off. Excellent when you spend a long time in your suit.

    And its not only the blokes who can benefit, we have a number of female customers who have a flyzip and use a Shewee.     		Price: £45
    Drysuit Cargo PocketCargo Pocket on the Leg
    A pocket on the leg can be ideal for holding instructions, maps, etc...

    We normally fit the pocket to the right leg.    		Price: £15
    Arm Pocket
    Great for keeping a spare shackle, coins, and other things.

    Drysuit Ankle SealsAnkle Seals
    Some people prefer to have ankle seals and they can be fitted in lieu of the 3D Latex socks and the cover.

    The ankle seals are conical latex seals which can be cut to suit the size of your ankle.    		Price: £5
    Drysuit Spray Deck SkirtKayak Spray Deck Skirt
    If you are kayaking with a spray deck, then the spray deck skirt is the thing for you.

    You wear it over your spray deck and with it's neoprene band with velcro adjustment you get a secure fit which helps keep the water out. Please Note: We can only fit a Spray Deck Skirt to a Back Zip Drysuit.    		Price: £35
