We have an exciting opportunity to supervise our small office and warehouse team in an Office Manager role. If you enjoy working in a busy environment, are able to multitask, take on responsibility and have a self-motivated approach – then we have the perfect position for you!

Position overview:

Within the role you will be responsible for and have confidence in managing a small team, providing high level customer service, liaising with other key stakeholders, whilst overseeing general admin operations to ensure the smooth running of a busy office.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming orders
  • Prioritising staff workload
  • Dealing with customers via phone, email and web chat
  • Working within our CRM/ ERP system
  • Managing customer delivery expectations
  • Liaising with couriers and suppliers to resolve any issues
  • Dealing with export customs documentation for international orders
  • Sourcing global shipping quotations for large international orders
  • Taking on other tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office and warehouse operations

The ideal candidate:

  • Be competent in using computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Be able to quickly learn our CRM/ ERP computer system Magento
  • Have excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Be confident in liaising with key business stakeholders
  • Have organisational skills, to independently balance workloads to prioritise tasks and meet key deadlines
  • Be forward thinking and problem solving in a busy environment
  • Have a positive can do attitude and approach the role with enthusiasm
  • Be a key team player, as a small business this is a must!
  • Having an interest in the sailing or watersport market would be preferable, but is not a requirement
