We have an exciting opportunity to supervise our small office and warehouse team in an Office Manager role. If you enjoy working in a busy environment, are able to multitask, take on responsibility and have a self-motivated approach – then we have the perfect position for you!
Position overview:
Within the role you will be responsible for and have confidence in managing a small team, providing high level customer service, liaising with other key stakeholders, whilst overseeing general admin operations to ensure the smooth running of a busy office.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Managing incoming orders
- Prioritising staff workload
- Dealing with customers via phone, email and web chat
- Working within our CRM/ ERP system
- Managing customer delivery expectations
- Liaising with couriers and suppliers to resolve any issues
- Dealing with export customs documentation for international orders
- Sourcing global shipping quotations for large international orders
- Taking on other tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office and warehouse operations
The ideal candidate:
- Be competent in using computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite
- Be able to quickly learn our CRM/ ERP computer system Magento
- Have excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Be confident in liaising with key business stakeholders
- Have organisational skills, to independently balance workloads to prioritise tasks and meet key deadlines
- Be forward thinking and problem solving in a busy environment
- Have a positive can do attitude and approach the role with enthusiasm
- Be a key team player, as a small business this is a must!
- Having an interest in the sailing or watersport market would be preferable, but is not a requirement
