Small Cleat Lifter - 15mm High

15mm cleat lifter, used to raise the height of the cleat. Has three holes to screw / bolt the lifter down to the deck. There is locating position for two nuts so you can bolt the cleat onto the lifter after fitting the lifter, otherwise you can screw / bolt all the way through to the deck.
