I'm looking for Trident Dry Launching trousers. My dad is 5ft9 with a 50inch chest. I understand that i will have to buy a made to measure suit and pay the extra £40, which is fine. However, what is your policy on returns regarding this item?
Hi and thanks for your enquiry, we can't accept returns on 'custom made items' such as the Custom Dry Launching Trousers.
Hope this helps
Donna Saunders asks
I’m 5.7 and 39inch chest and 44inch hip what size launching trousers would I need to order?
Hi Donna and thanks for your enquiry.
I would recommend filling in a made to measure form and purchase the custom Dry Launchers. follow the link to the made to measure form https://www.tridentuk.com/media/wysiwyg/knowlegdebase/trident-drysuits/Trident_Drysuit_MadeToMeasure.pdf
You could also try the Medium Broad Launchers however from experience they would mostly be too long on the body and would result in not fitting correctly and become uncomfortable.
Hope this helps

I am on my 2nd pair of launching trousers from you, and i wondered if it is possible to have an extra knee pads stitched in as this is always the area that wares out first. I use them for dinghy sailing . Also do you do them with neoprene type feet? All of my sailing friends also use your launching trousers and are interested in your reply.
We use Cordura on the knees which is the most robust material we know of. I guess we could put another layer of it on which will give you an extra layer to wear through. Or if you are spending so much time on your knees it could very well be worth looking into wearing knee pads, see the below link
With knee pads you will have padding and protection and if you wear them out they are easy to replace
I hope that helps
