Description
Harken triple ball bearing carbo block with central becket and cam cleat. Shackle can either be locked into 90° positions or with locking plate removed it becomes a swivel.
High-strength pivoting carbo block with cam used for controls on small keel boats and dinghies, also used on beachcats for sheeting.
Cam cleat can be mounted in reverse for either up or down cleating.
