Customer Questions
Hi Ricky, It will help prevent inversion, the 40ltr is probably a better size, the official line is:- The float attaches to the top of the mast and provides 9 litres of buoyancy, the extra buoyancy and leverage reduces the chance of the mast sinking and the boat fully inverting. Mast Floats do not guarantee to stop a boat inverting. The Mast Floats performance will be hindered by crew position and weight, conditions of strong tide, wind or swell or incorrect safety procedure. Regards David
