Laser/ILCA hiking strap/toe strap cleat fits on the line at the aft of the strap and allows the sailor to easily adjust the toestrap length/tension.
New class rules in 2018 allows this compact anodised aluminium cleat that rigs on a rope with a maximum line size of 4mm diameter, we suggest ordering a 2 meter length of 4mm
