Selden GP14 Boom
GP14 Boom 2628 section with Selden's new round pin gooseneck fitting that allows the boom to rotate in the direction of the load. Both end fittings are designed to accommodate a combination of Outhaul, Downhaul and or single line reefing. Also supplied with 3 sliding eyes in the lower track for mainsheet, kicker etc.
Please note if you are replacing an old boom you may need to also replace the gooseneck toggle and pin fitting on the mast which the boom slides onto.

Hi, I have an 1980s GP14 Glass Fibre with a Proctor Mast. The boom is also Proctor (I think!) with a square section sliding gooseneck, outhaul etc with an aft main & rope horse.
I would like to use a Selden Boom 2628. Can I adapt this to my mast and use aft main etc? Quite happy to buy new round pin sliding gooseneck.
Everything about this boom has the ability for you to set it up and use as you request, however, It has a round hole for a gooseneck.
You will need to check that you can remove the pin from your sliding gooseneck and fit a new

If this isn't possible you could then look at fixing a gooseneck to your mast
