Topper mast stop ring which rivets to the Topper lower mast section. Used to locate the mast in the mast gate and to locate the gooseneck.
These are used on pre 2014 masts with the old style gooseneck and sleeve

These are sold individually (There are 2 on each lower mast) and you may need to order rivets too.
